The check-in experience was truly disappointing and almost ruined the entire stay. One of the main reasons we booked this hotel was the offer that a child stays for free, and we specifically selected the option to add an extra bed. I even called the hotel in advance to confirm this, and they assured me the bed would be ready upon arrival. However, when we checked in, the receptionist was extremely unwelcoming — no greeting, no smile, and a very dismissive attitude. Every question was met with a cold “no,” and we felt completely unwelcome. When we asked him to check the details of our booking, he initially refused, then said he would but never followed up. I asked if we could speak to a manager on duty, and he told us the manager was busy and would contact us later — but again, nobody got in touch. The room itself was not as expected. Although it was a large space, it lacked basic furnishings shown in the photos, like an armchair. It had no balcony access despite listing a balcony, and amenities were clearly set up for only one person: one towel, no slippers, no bathrobe and only one set of toiletries (even though we were a family of three). There was no extra bed, no extra blanket and no preparations for a child. Thankfully, things changed when I called the operator later to get an extra blanket that evening and spoke with the night manager. He was incredibly professional, kind, and responsive. He apologized for the poor experience, immediately arranged for an extra bed, send proper amenities, and ensured we were comfortable. Thanks to him and the housekeeping staff — who were polite and helpful throughout our stay — we ended up enjoying the rest of our visit. We also had a great experience at the hotel’s Italian restaurant Cucina and the all-day dining venue — both had excellent service and food. In summary, the check-in experience was unacceptable and nearly caused us to leave the hotel.

The staff's attentiveness and the property's location were significant assets. Moreover, the team provided outstanding service by accommodating my late check-out request and proactively soliciting feedback regarding my experience. The proximity of a hypermarket and a mall, offering diverse dining options, represents a considerable advantage, as such amenities are not commonly available in other locations.

The rooms were clean and very comfortable, with elegant décor. The bed was super comfy. Our Room was spotless, comfortable, and spacious. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting downtown Muscat.

- lovely, warm staff who are most helpful and always smiling - pool was a nice temperature for an evening swim - easy parking in underground car park, near the hotel entrance - although the hotel was very full, they found us a quiet, mosque-facing room - within moments of 3 major shopping malls - nice breakfast selection

It was an absolute pleasure staying at the Radisson Blue Hotel. From the moment I arrived, the reception staff offered such a genuinely warm and welcoming greeting that made me feel at home, and we would like to extend special thanks to Mr. Sameeh, for his kind hospitality. Stepping into my room, I was impressed by the generous size and thoughtful layout – plenty of space to relax and unwind. Breakfast, sheers variety, and quality of the offerings were fantastic; there was truly something for every taste. It was the perfect way to start each day. Levels of cleaness, ambience, and professionalism made us feel comfortable. Defenetly recommended, and we are looking forward to stay with Radisson blue panorama again.

The Hotel was great, the room is spacious and we had fun with our baby. Mr Nadim is a great man and he was so helpful and always making our stay the best, he is perfect and so kind. Mainly the staf were good Ms. Romina as well she was so wonderful and helpful. The chef Miko is a good chef and so kind. The breakfast is great with a huge variety. Since our first trip to Muscat we loved the city and the people are so kind. I highly recommend Muscat for tourism and especially Radisson Hotel Muscat Panorama. The house keeping guys are so nice and attentive, I am really sorry that I have lost their names but they were amazing and great and I don't like to confuse names. The swimming pool is clean and has got a nice terras. I do also recommend their dinner where you can find the chef Miko. In a nutshell you will feel at home, the hotel ans staf especially Mr. Nadim and Ms. Romina will for sure make your stay the best ever. All what you need is to book your stay at this hotel and enjoy the wonderful city of Muscat and the kind people. There are plenty of malls not far from the hotel. Again a huge thanks to the whole recepton staff and the house keeping for being nice and making our stay so enjoyable.

I would highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again in the future. What truly sets Radisson Hotel Muscat Panorama apart is its attentive and friendly staff. From check-in to check-out, every staff member I encountered was professional, polite, and went above and beyond to ensure a seamless stay. The rooms are spacious, tastefully decorated, and equipped with modern amenities. I particularly appreciated the comfortable bedding, panoramic city views. The hotel’s location is excellent — conveniently situated with easy access to key areas of Muscat, including popular landmarks, shopping centers and there is shops and Mall in walking distance. In short the hotel combines modern luxury with warm Omani hospitality, creating a perfect balance for both leisure and business travelers

It was the first trip to Oman and we are satisfied with this trip. Omani people were really great. And that's what we expected. Authenticity and decency are the characteristics of Omani people. Regarding the hotel, the treatment of the staff, especially the Indian staff, was good. Wi-Fi speed was good. It was very close to shopping centers.
